Spring time

19 March, 2009 · 1 Comment

I know the weather can change again anytime but as of now its nice bright sunshine outside, flowers abloom, people in happier moods, all things point towards the direction that Spring is upon us! And I actually prefer Sping sunshine to Summer sunshine, not that its any different in the sunshine but rather the air is now still really cool and nice! The office isnt too warm yet, hate it when it becomes stuffy!

Anyway, talking about rountine the last time, I still havent gotten back mine back yet! And I dont really see myself falling back into one until atleast May. The search for a new place has begun, hopefully we’ll find something we like again. Saw a really nice place 2 weeks ago but of course it was too early and now it has been snapped up! Fingers crossed!

SHIT!

10 March, 2009 · 2 Comments

Why do people like to give shit to others?
Why do people give you shit when you try to help?
Then turn around and say why I gave them shit?
Why do I even give a shit if you care?
If you could care less then so should I!
Its really your shit anyway!
Hate it when people pass their shit around! If you don’t like it, what makes you think I’ll like it any better?
Eat Shit!
That’s what I should tell you next time!

Malaysia on BBC again….

8 March, 2009 · Leave a Comment

Malaysia has been rather popular in the BBC and not for all the good reasons…think it almost always never is! This time is the people protesting against the use English for Science and Maths and want the decision reversed and that the subjects be taught in Malay again!!!

However I do not agree with how the police handled the matter especially when they were in a group and attacking that 1 guy! Simple bullying!

Riot police in Malaysia have fired tear gas to disperse thousands of people in Kuala Lumpur, who protested against the use of English in local schools.

Some 124 people were reportedly held, as the demonstrators tried to march to the royal palace in the capital.

The ethnic Malay protesters demanded a return to Malay as the teaching language for maths and science.

Both subjects have been taught in English since 2003 to improve pupils’ poor language skills, officials say.

Language – along with race and faith – remains a sensitive issue in the multi-ethnic Malaysia, correspondents say.

‘No choice’

The demonstrators chanted “Long live the Malay language!” as they marched through Kuala Lumpur on Saturday.

Protesters said police started firing tear gas when they tried to march from a mosque to the royal palace, several kilometres away.

“It was a peaceful march. They shot without any warning,” protester Hatta Ramli was quoted as saying by the AFP news agency.

Police said they had no choice but to use tear gas, saying the organisers had agreed that there would be no gatherings or rallies in the capital.

Police added that the organisers had also agreed beforehand to send representatives into the palace to hand in a petition against the use of English in schools.

Have not blogged in awhile, just didn’t have the mood. I’ve lost all routine in my life and I really need to get some of it back as it just seems that I’m floating through it all now. I have just been going with the flow for awhile now, need to get back to the driver seat and start steering  in some direction.

Sigh…..

Wanted to write loads but then no mood adi!!!

Been watching a couple of movies recently, Bedtime Stories, The Spirit, Bride Wars and Slumdog Millionaire!

Let your imagination run wild this one, Bedtime Stories lets you relive your childhood days where the limits are none!

Watch The Spirit if you liked Sin City, its quite a good film but not everyone’s cup of tea!

Like chic flicks, Bride Wars is definitely one of the few better ones!!

Slumdog millionaire takes a look at the harsh reality surrounding us and that every cloud has a silver lining!
